The world of Dark Art has lost a Great in the passing of Jed Leiknes, age 33, on Friday (12/22/17). His family has a gofundme to handle the costs of the funeral, and help with immediate costs like his daughter’s daycare (which allows her mother to work full-time).    I only knew Jed through his work, but his art has been an influence on mine since the first day I saw it. Please take a moment to consider helping those he left behind.

@leiknesoils Memorial Art Show at Hell City Killumbus April 20th- 22nd will be located in the second floor ballroom that also has the wet paint project, fine art gallery, over 50 artists and vendors and much more! @chuckdeezee Tattoo Collector & Hell City Regular will be curating a Tribute Art Show to celebrate the life of his good friend Jed! @leiknesoils Jed always was a great addition to Hell City whether in Wet Paint Project or an Attending Tattoo Artist! Chuck will be bringing a bunch of his Jed Leiknes Originals to share with the attending Hellions at Hell City Killumbus. Chuck will be holding a raffle were you will be entered to Win an Original Jed Painting donated from his personal Collection. Every raffle ticket is $20, which includes a CD album from Chuck for every ticket purchased. Several of the donated paintings currently in the show are valued at over $500. Please come out and show your support for the incredible art that Jed left us all with and support a good cause for his family during these times. All proceeds will go directly to Jed’s family!
