Another little comic! 1/3 I think? Corbulo speaks to Lemartes.
Lemartes is strained, usually placed on stasis. Sometimes Corbulo wakes him up to check on him.
Transcription:
Corbulo : how are you feeling, old man?
Lemartes: … like I’m between the Eternity Gate…and a locked room with a scrawny, pale version of the Angel
Corbulo: ah! You are chatty today!
Lemartes: and you extremely quiet…How are the visions?

An exceptionally strong-willed Chaplain, Lemartes succumbed to the Black Rage prior to the battle for Hadriath XI. Inducted into the Death Company like all who fall to the gene-curse of Sanguinius, Lemartes survived the battle but, much to the astonishment of his battle-brothers, was found to still possess a measure of sanity. Rather than slaying Lemartes, High Chaplain Astorath agreed to the fallen Chaplain's request to continue fighting against the Emperor's foes and appointed him as warden of the Death Company, where the Chaplain exerts his iron will to channel the Black Rage to devastating effect. Although he has become a symbol of hope for the Chapter, some believe that Lemartes will inevitably fall totally to the Black Rage.

I'm really enjoying Lemartes' book, this was actually insanely cool and sexy of him
What can I say, I love Blood Angels ❤ And I'm glad to know it's mutual because they come to my aid whenever I feel down and want to bleed inks on marker paper and mentally rave to 70s synthesizers.
And big thanks to Soyuzmultfilm for the amazing animated short inspired by Moche/Mochica mythology. It's so visually stunning and trippy and more importantly it shows proper research of the source material.
