Ingredients: 2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled. Ice cubes.
Instructions: In a blender, puree the peaches, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth. Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the peach mixture into each glass. Top with chilled Prosecco. Stir gently to combine. Serve immediately, garnished with peach slices or lemon twists if desired.
