When it's hot outside, these lemon popsicles are a great treat. They are smooth, sour, and full of citrus flavor.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. Zest of 1 lemon. Yellow food coloring optional.
Instructions: Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. The sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and food coloring should be added slowly and carefully until they are well mixed. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
