Night and Day update

I have about 70% of the editing done. I am sorry it is taking so long, but I was trying something new with this story (stories).

Normally a book will just go back and forth between two characters, but I wanted to try something different. Instead there are going to be two books and each book will be "missing" sections, so you have to read both books to get the whole story.

I'm not 100% sure this will turn out well, but I really wanted a story where you get the same scene from two sides. The only issue with doing that one after the other was the scenes became very redundant.

So I separated them, but now it kinda feels like some things are missing.

We'll see how it goes when I finally have it published, if everyone really hates it I guess lesson learned, lol.

Both books will be together in the same book, so no worries about having to buy both. It is just gonna be a two for one kind of thing.

Delays

There have been more delays than I would have liked in all of this. My editor decided that this would be the last one they work on, and with the massive influx of AI art going around I have decided that I will be drawing all my covers personally, and will be re-drawing the covers for Shadow Board, (leaving Abduction alone since I actually like those covers a lot). Also the political climate has been. . . nerve wracking. I am admittedly been struggling with my mental and physical health a lot these last few months. I am doing all I can to get back on track, but it has been hard. I thank all of you for your patience.

So a lot of crazy shit has happened in my life over the last few months. in July I left a job, and I legit took a full month off to just decompress (when i finished two books they are in editing now) I got another job (basically last job just a different company). They got me totally trained for EVERY position in that place it took 2 months. once that was ALL done and I was supposed to start my more office duties. . . they fired me. "We thought we would have a higher census and hadn't expected to be stuck this low, so we are sorry we have to let you go." me- . . . you guys spent about 10,000 on me to train me. You have wasted so much of your (and my) time. so then no job again only NOW was running low on savings. I got another job within 4 days, (wooh) but now I am working in a mill. I actually love it. Everyone - but isn't it boring? You are just doing like the same thing over and over again. Me- oh yeah totally having an assigned task that is 100% pattern recognition over and over again and has designated break time and lunch time, sooooo terrible. Anyway this has all slowed editing down but just letting you all know I am not dead and stories are still being worked on.

Updates are Fun!

I lie Anyway! I am getting closer to finishing up all the extra content in the Abduction bundle pack. Everything extra will be put up on here as well, so none of you have to re-buy it so don’t worry.  Since I like work, (it would appear) I have an updated list of the extras that will be in the bundle pack! Several of these were originally cut due to it chopping up the story too much. The only one I regret cutting was Tie and Aaron’s extra in Deliverance. Ross’s Childhood Christmas Chapter between Aaron and Ross. Deliverance chapter 13 continuation between Aaron and Tie. Deliverance Epilogue Chapter between Nick and Jacob. Manipulation Epilogue Danny and Liam celebrating their engagement. Ten years Later between Liam and Danny, Nick and Jacob, and lastly Aaron and Tie.  Hopefully that is enough extra content lol. . . .  I am so done with these characters. I fucking love them, but I feel like I must leave them now. I have two other story ideas waiting. One is another trilogy while the other is a one shot.

Finished Manipulation

*stares at rough draft* *is dead inside* *what is sleep?* . . . Okay. . . So I just need to get this to my editor and hopefully the stars will align and she’ll get it done for you guys asap! Aiming for November 15th Release! There will also be a release of everything in one book, but since stuff costs money I might have to wait a month for that, (I don’t want to wait I want everything out at once honestly). The combo book will contain Abduction, Deliverance, Manipulation, and some extra stuff. Example - Ross and Jason’s backgrounds, and every characters major future events, (who they marry ect). Just dumb stuff that no one really cares about but it is stuff I have so I might as well share it ^_^.

Vacation!

So I took a ten day vacation from my day job (I finally had enough PTO to do this). I will be using it to write and finish Manipulation. My goal is to have it finished in a few days and have it edited and out before December. So the final book will also have a few little extra things in it! Such as Ross’s background story, and quick little blurps about everyone’s life after the events of the final book, (aka who gets married, who has kids, boring stuff like that, that I couldn’t turn into another story but feel like sharing kind of deal).
