"You must have made millions. Where's my cut?"
The Librarians S04E03 And the Christmas Thief.
Do you still write any fanfic for The Librarians? I used to be in the fandom years ago as a lurker, then when it was cancelled, I fell out. But I'm introducing my older sister to the show and I've gone through the AO3 stories. I miss them so much.
I'm actually writing again for The Librarians for the first time since the show got cancelled, now that it's coming back i'm fully back in my hyperfixation and creative mode. here's a sneak peek of what i'm working on right now:
I post more on twitter these days than tumblr, although im trying to be on here more regularly. follow me @ camelotslibrary on twitter to see me talking about the librarians, the librarians the next chapter, my writing and my edits
Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I don’t really like Ezekiel‘s mom. I mean, she’s not quite on the level of Isaac Stone, but she’s pretty lousy. She spends most of the episode belittling Ezekiel and (call me reading too much into it) making him feel misplaced in the family by stressing how he supposedly can’t make it in the family business. She never listens to him when he’s trying to talk to her and get her to understand him. When he brings her to the Library, Ezekiel pours his heart out trying to make her proud of him and all she thinks about is taking from the Library/him by association. She brushes off his concerns when he calls her out for taking the globe. Pretty sure she talks down to him in front of his friends. And perhaps this is just her on a bad day (which it low-key is but it’s her own fault) but she has that whole incredibly emotionally manipulative rant about how she took him in and gave him a home so he owes her. (Not entirely relevant to my point but he literally stole her a faberge egg??? Like if she had actually listened to him or tried to understand the gift he got her instead of, as the tone of their relationship suggests, making fun of the gift he gave her, calling him ungrateful would be even further below the belt than it is just by virtue of being, as I said, super emotionally manipulative and unkind.) You don’t adopt kids just to hold it over their heads later.
TL;DR: I don't really like Lenore Jones. I think Ezekiel deserves better from his mother.
Eve is a much better mom than Lenore
She is a weapon, a killer. Do not forget it. You can use a spear as a walking stick, but that will not change its nature.

Day 3: Favorite Episode - And the Christmas Thief
You know the whole theme naming of Lenore’s daughters/Ezekiel’s sisters never made sense to me. Especially when his name is radically different. (And it does seem like Lenore named them.)
Unless you consider: Ezekiel is trans and Lenore let him choose his new name. Forging the necessary documents after that was easy.
