How would IntrovertVox manage with Alastor? Do they still meet in this AU?

There's the post where I talked about it a little and I've changed some things but its mostly the same.

I wouldn't say Alastor ever saw him near his level in power/overlord status since Vox is a little weaker than in canon, but more as a companion who he thought had the same interests as him.

(And Vox did! He just also develops a LOT of other interests! That Alastor finds. Weird. And kind of stupid.)

Alastor takes him under his wing and drags him around to hopefully reignite his interest in more reasonable things! Like radios! And, uh, radio shows and-

Does Alastor genuinely think it will help getting Vox to actually go out and do things/interact with people? Yes! Does he enjoy seeing Vox stress out and snap in social situations? Perhaps. Will he accept Vox's limits when it comes to hearing his own yapping? No.

Vox finds it hard to defy Alastor since he knows his own social circle is nonexistent and he might be... uh... maybe just a little lonely. Any time he did manage to get himself to say something, Alastor would shrug and go off to do his own thing. Vox would feel like he messed up and end up crawling back to him and the cycle would repeat itself.

But yeah, there's no fall out. They just don't... click.

And then Vox disappears and that's the end of that!

(There probably could be a huge more in-depth story about them but Outlets AU is very self-indulgent staticmoth. I'm simply not interested in thinking of more beyond that. I definitely don't mind the asks, though!)

Alastor couldn't help laughing, bright eyes alight with mirth at Lenore's observation. Of course, he had heard the whispers; the big bad radio demon had sunk his claws into the impressionable, naive princess of Hell. Likely these whispers had been spread by others well aware of him, and the power he wielded, and the influence he seemed to have over others. A respectable decision, he supposed, and not too bad for his already fierce reputation.

Especially given the alternative, that he was whipped and working as a servant for the crown. Preposterous. After all, in some way or another, weren't they all?

"Well, that would depend on who you ask, I suppose." He shrugged, glancing back at the quiet hotel. "Really, though, it is a joint partnership. Miss Charlie and I support one another in this endeavor."

It was more in the neighborhood of several bad days and nights of sleep, but he didn’t particularly feel like sharing with anyone else where he’d been for the last week.

Lenore wandered Valentino’s home, wondering when she’d meet the overlord’s other wives and husbands. (Sharp)

Sharp was sitting on a couch, pen in hand and a ledger in her lap. She was checking the numbers for her own buisness; make sure all the bets were paid and taken care of, paying bills and writing paychecks for the few employees she had. She was also collecting membership fees and counting up ticket sales.

She was all hard muscle and hard edges, with her black clothes and long claws. Though the thing that stood out most on the lioness demon was her ring and collar, signifying she was one of Valentino’s wives.
