Another tmnt 2012 au idea I've been thinking about
So lt starts off at season 3 (because it's my favorite arc in season 3) after he wakes up he's super weak obviously but after he heals slowly he does make raph get back into a turtle but he doesn't know that he did it
Short version: leo has death's powers and can bring people back to life or make them pass on but he's stupid so it takes him a while to realize
