As mentioned before, a lot of the tickles generally tend to stay amongst the kids. That’s mainly just bc a lot of the times the bots are busy, and also they’re very afraid of hurting their tiny friends. That being said, as they get more comfortable around the kids, Bulkhead and Bee especially will sometimes just scoop them up and tickle them.
Miko has tried to sneak attack multiple bots. Like, swan diving off the platforms to get at their neck (if they’re short like Arcee) or stomach (if they’re tall like Optimus). Scares them every time, but they always catch her! And it gives her time to attack while their guard is down.
Ratchet has nearly dropped Miko and Raf before. He has ticklish palms (very good at hiding it), and his first instinct is to drop and or throw off anything ticklish. He had to unlearn that with squirmy and sometimes intentionally mischievous humans.
Miko has discussed wanting to try tickling a Decepticon. Jack and Raf both think she’s crazy for it, but she and Bulkhead joke about it sometimes. Theorize about who would be the ideal victim, etc. She eyeballs the Apex Armor with evil intent
Speaking of, she has actually managed to win a tickle fight against Bulkhead and Wheeljack in the Apex Armor. She had to figure out how to be gentle with it, but neither of them could tickle her back. It was mostly chasing them around once they figured out she was immune to them.
Ratchet is the one who sees most of their shenanigans since he’s at base the most. He used to find it obstructive to his work and therefore annoying, but now he watches them fondly.
The Autobots as a whole are not really used to tickling. It’s just not common in warfare. But being around the kids makes them feel less like soldiers and more like people, so it becomes a little more frequent around base.
Raf pranked Miko and Jack by convincing several Autobots that humans needed physical touch like tickling to live. He then did it AGAIN when Smokescreen, Wheeljack, and Magnus joined the crew.
Jack got soft tickles from his mom ONCE in front of Optimus, and now Optimus tickles him in a very similar way. Jack can’t tell if it’s super embarrassing or comforting.
While the kids are closest with their guardians, that doesn’t mean they only go after those bots or only have those bots go after them. Sometimes they’ll team up with other bots against their guardians, and sometimes their guardians will team up with other bots against them.
Or something like if one of them is in the medbay, they may ask another bot to watch over and cheer up their charge.
Smokey and Bee are the ones who will actually try and join in on tickle fights amongst the kids. The other bots will join if asked (depending on their likelihood of saying yes) but generally are too worried about hurting someone to join without an invitation. Smokey will just straight up pick someone out of the fight and wreck them, and even sit down to try and even the odds.

Kokomi was not the type of person who should have been the Divine Priestess.
Sure, she could contrive for victory with minimal casualties, negotiate peace with a fearsome god, keep the economy of Watatsumi afloat (ha, fish pun), and memorize the faces of all its inhabitants, but it was the workload and the public image upkeep that left her drained and achey at the end of the day. Lately, she hadn’t even been able to get through a chapter of her book without falling asleep in the middle. And it always ended up as wasted effort because she could never remember what she’d read.
So it was only a minor surprise that, on the one day of the year where she should get a break, her soldiers and priestesses did everything in their power to give her one.
She’d issued directives on what should happen if she needed to step away for a full day, but she’d never seriously intended to use them for something as trivial as her birthday. They were only for important overseas meetings and such matters!
Yet, Gorou had clandestinely arranged for him, the priestesses, and the rest of the army to take over for Madame Sangonomiya so she could have her day of rest. All without her knowledge — and only mild suspicion.
Kokomi was endlessly grateful and majorly anxious, but Gorou reassured her that everything would go smoothly.
“It’s only for one day! Besides, since the war is over and everything is settling down, we don’t have as much to manage,” Gorou yipped with a canine-filled smile. “So rest, Your Excellency. And have a happy birthday!”
“Thank you, General. You don’t know how much this means to me.” Kokomi smiled, eyes liquid, which instantly flustered Gorou as he tried to prevent her from crying. Then they sent her off with a huge cake and congratulations.
And, Kokomi was… alone. As she blew out her candles, she blew also a chill into her bedroom. No one there to sing. No one there to cheer. No one to touch.
That was another thing: Kokomi was not the type of person to have many friends.
Most people spent their birthdays with family or friends, didn’t they? Yet, where were hers? Occupied, either running her island or off on their own. All she had were her books and the pop of the jellyfish droplets that floated about the island to keep her company.
Kokomi pulled her fingers through frazzled salmon-to-periwinkle hair. She curled into herself on her bed, and her Hydro fish pressed into her skin where she wished another source of warmth could. Her searching stare found her window.
Maybe… she should go out to the sea.
Kokomi fixed her hair and trotted downstairs. Everything was pink and made of seashell, pearls, or coral. But there was one addition to her living room that was, while still pink, made of fur instead.
Kokomi gasped.
Yae Miko, her pen pal, lounged on her satin couch and toyed with the jellyfish lamp on the table next to her. She turned to regard Kokomi with a satisfied grin. Kokomi narrowed her eyes at the vixen, even while her heart leapt.
“‘Fried Tofu with All the Frills,’” she called, “how did you get into my house?”
“Did you forget? My connections are infinite. I’m impossible to hide from.” Yae chuckled. “And I could never miss our precious Priestess’ special day, now could I? Especially since you seem to be all alone.” Her voice pouted with her, a tone Kokomi knew all too well. “I can practically see the tears falling from your big, blue eyes.”
Kokomi did not wipe her eyes with her sleeve, because she knew better. “I’m surprised the cold-hearted Lady Yae would put in the work to come all the way over here. Especially since she’s always so focused on stealing my general,” she jabbed back.
“Possessive, are we?” They both glared. Then they fell into laughter as Kokomi fully descended. She floated into the kitchen for a kettle and a pair of teacups.
“Tea, my lady?”
“Oh, no. I couldn’t ask you to lift a finger on your special day. I insist.” Yae ushered Kokomi away from the stove and took the dishes from her hands, already holding a bundle of sakura leaves. Kokomi looked at her in surprise.
“Well, thank you, Lady Yae.”
A moment later, Miko and Kokomi were on the couch again, catching up and discussing the latest Yae Publishing House novel. Leaning against a pillow, Kokomi was effervescing about The Legend of Sword again, which Miko was so sick of hearing about, and Kokomi was, honestly, starting to drift off when—
Yae’s claw-like nails fanned over her knee, a shiver that tore straight up to her brain. Kokomi yelped and immediately covered her mouth.
“Don’t fall asleep on me now. And, my my, what was that adorable sound?” Her near purr was anything but quizzical. “Was it… because of this?”
Again, Yae scribbled over her knee and was met with an almost-giggle and a kick. She tutted.
“You’re always so jumpy when I come near.” Speaking slowly, she met Kokomi’s prey-round eyes with a simper. “Could it be that you’re not used to touch like this? You must not be, always buried in your books. Even on your birthday.” With each word, her nails inched farther up Kokomi’s leg.
Kokomi squeezed her eyes shut and pulled away. “Wahahait, Yahahae!”
“You must’ve wanted this, right? I could tell from the beginning.” Yae shifted closer, skating her nails under Kokomi’s chin. She inhaled. “Well, then, allow me,” said Yae. “Consider it my gift to you.”
Yae’s fingers traced the tops of Kokomi’s thighs. She pulled her closer by her wrists, sitting on her shins. Kokomi buried her face in the pillow under her.
“STAhahahap! It tihihickles!” Giggles rose out of her like bubbles.
“Does it? How shocking.” Yae’s Electro tazed her nerves. Jumping, Kokomi squeaked.
“EHEHaha thahahat’s unfahahahair!”
“Come now, you should be familiar enough with the policies of war.”
She was right. Maybe Kokomi could have tried to strategize her way out of this, but in all practicality, she was trapped. And maybe she wanted to be.
Licking her chops, Yae dug into Kokomi’s hosiery-clad flesh. She squealed and gripped the pillow and shook her head until her hair was mussed.
“THIHIhis is so undihiHIHIgnified AHAHa nohoHO!” her shrill voice pleaded.
“And?” Yae laughed. “Who are you to be embarrassed of? Me? I already don’t revere you nearly as much as that fluffy dog child does.”
“Hehehe’s my GEHENeraHAL!” Kokomi screamed as Yae found her hips, disregarding the loose fabric that flowed around her. The fox traced circles around her bones, pinched and prodded at her soft pudge, flicked her nails over shivering muscles. Kokomi found herself flat on her back, shadowed by the predator that was Yae Miko.
“I can’t neglect this little one, can I?” Miko rested the points of her nails on the pocket of Kokomi’s abdomen, rising and falling with breaths and laughter. Her shuddery giggles answered. Tactically, she sucked in her stomach wherever Yae’s fingers hovered.
“Ehehehe nahahat THEHEHEHERE!” Kokomi hiccuped and squealed again while Yae squeezed her sides and scratched the ridges of her navel. Her hands flew to defend from Miko’s weapons of choice, but defeat was imminent. “AWAHAHA ohohoKAHAY! CeheheHEHEASE!”
At that divinely ordained moment, a wheezing and whistling that did not belong to Kokomi could be heard from the kitchen. Sighing as if disappointed, Yae halted her attack and slipped off the couch to the sakura tea. Kokomi curled around the pillow and buried the remnants of her tears and laughter in it.
“Youhohu’re a cruhuel mistress…” Kokomi breathed as Miko returned. She peeked up from her pillow and accepted the offered cup of tea. “Thank you. For keeping me company.”
Yae laughed in the way she always did, a laugh that betrayed nothing, but Kokomi thought she could read the sincerity between the lines. “Why of course. Anything for a forlorn, needy little pet.” Their teacups clinked. Miko smiled sharply at her through the steam. “Happy Birthday to you.”

Miko:
Ler:
-Miko is a pretty mischievous ler
-She was the first to find out Cybertronians could be ticklish too and immediately made it her mission to find out if all the bots are ticklish
-Only ones she hasn’t cracked yet is Optimus and Ratchet but she’s determined to find out
-She tries her best to roughhouse with the bots and play around with them but it’s obviously a little hard
-Tickling is a fun bonding activity to Miko. She likes making other people laugh
-Doesn’t mean she won’t use it to get what she wants though. She can be ruthless
-Usually the one who starts tickle fights in the base. Her goal is to drag in as many people as physically possible
-Miko’s style of wrecking people is generally just jumping on them and attacking every spot she can think of until she gets a reaction
-She probably won’t pin anyone down but she’ll usually use the fact that she’s bigger than Raf against him. Other than that she just jumps on and clings to whoever she’s getting
-The bots have found it’s surprisingly hard to pull her off once she’s attached
-Will 100% lay in wait for people and resort to all kinds of dirty tricks to wreck someone (or to escape)
-She can get a little carried away with the tickling from time to time but she always feels kinda bad for it and tries to make sure the person is okay. She also generally tends to learn where their limits are and knows when to stop in the future
-Miko looooves to tease people while she’s tickling them. She’s surprisingly good at figuring out what gets under their skin
-If someone likes being tickled she will 100% call them out
-She will partner up with a bot to wreck someone. She usually teams up with Bulkhead or Wheeljack and sometimes Jack and Raf, but she has been known to sic Ratchet on people
-Most of the time she’ll play kinda rough, mostly because she has to be a little rough for any of the bots to feel it, but if she’s trying to cheer Raf up or something she’ll be gentle
-Likes to be very affectionate while tickling someone. If it’s Jack or Raf she’s getting, she’ll probably hug them or something to keep them still
-The most notorious tickle monster among the humans
-She usually wrecks Jack and Raf, but she regularly tries to tickle Bulkhead or Wheeljack. Everyone else she knows is ticklish, except she hasn’t gotten any reaction out of Optimus yet and she got Ratchet to snatch his hands away from her once
-Wonders if it would be possible to check if Decepticons are ticklish without getting murdered
Lee:
-Miko has a very loud laugh. She cackles like a maniac
-She doesn’t really mind being tickled. It’s fun to her. She’d rather do the tickling if she has the choice though
-She’ll fight. Definitely the type to accidentally kick someone but she tries really hard not to. She will buck someone off pretty easily though (unless they’re a bot)
-She isn’t really all that embarrassed of being tickled. Originally she was kinda embarrassed when someone would find a spot that would make her squeak or giggle, but since finding out the bots have those spots too she has decided she can be a badass that also squeaks sometimes
-Not much flusters her. If the bots think humans being ticklish is adorable, that might get to her
-She’ll struggle a lot, including trying to wrestle whoever is tickling her. She usually can’t but tries anyway
-Most ticklish on her upper ribs and underarms. Tickling her neck makes her giggle, but she might try to punch you for it
-Mixed feelings on affectionate gestures like ticklish kisses and raspberries and stuff. It has to be someone very close to her, and even so she might knee them in the face
-She tries to hang on a little bit past when it’s too much, but she’ll speak up in some way if she’s had enough
-Endless ball of energy. She does not tire and you can bet the minute you stop she will try to get revenge
-Kinda prefers rough tickles. They’re playful and she can try to fight whoever is tickling her
-Doesn’t mind soft tickles or cheer up tickles, though. They can be a way to get her to chill out
-Teases don’t really work. They might, like if someone is being super playful, but mostly teasing her makes her tease whoever is tickling her back. It never goes well for her
-She will always get revenge. Always. She will set traps for people if she has to
-She gets into tickle fights with the other kids the most often, but as for the bots she gets tickled by Bulkhead and Wheeljack the most. She gotten into fights with various other bots as well, but probably the bot she gets tickled the most by after those two is Ratchet
Bulkhead:
Ler:
-Bulkhead is actually pretty sweet when it comes to wrecking people
-He will abso roughhouse with his buddies or during tickle fights but he knows he’s strong
-He also knows it can be hard for him to judge his own strength so especially with the humans he’s usually very gentle and nice
-Loves the closeness of it
-Not afraid to join tickle fights. He generally won’t start them but if you so much as poke one of his buds you bet he’s gonna back them up
-Super loyal. He will always help his friends, rather than turning on them (unless he thinks they need it or he’s the one tickling them)
-He will use the fact that he’s bigger than most against lees, but mostly just so they can’t run away. He isn’t as fast as some of the other bots.
-He mostly likes to knead in pretty obvious places. He’ll stumble across unusual spots from time to time, but usually he just sticks to tried and true
-If he’s teamed up with Wheeljack or Miko, he’s willing to trap people. Otherwise, he kinda just uses his strength against them and if that doesn’t work, oh well :)
-He can get carried away or be too rough but he tries really, really hard not to, to the point where it’s almost a tease for the lee. They basically have to tell him that they’re fine and he can keep going or he’ll stop
-Aside from that, he does tease normally. He’ll exchange jabs with Wheeljack and Arcee, and for everyone else he’ll just say things like “looks like you’re ticklish here, huh? Good to know”
-Pretty dang affectionate if he can be. Trying to hold back can diminish that a little, but he loves tickly hugs and nuzzling people and stuff
-Mostly tickles Miko and Wheeljack, but he’s messed around with all the other soldiers and occasionally the other kids too
-Probably the only one on Team Prime other than Optimus who has tickled a Decepticon before
Lee:
-Bulk has a booming laugh. It can also pitch up a lot if he’s flustered or if he’s being tickled in certain spots
-He actually doesn’t really have a preference of if he’s the lee or ler, as long as everyone is having fun
-He’ll fight instinctively, but he tries not to do too much damage. Keep away from flailing fists, though
-Being tickled is a little embarrassing for him if it’s in front of people he doesn’t really know. If it’s with the main five of s1, he’s all good with it
-Gets flustered surprisingly easily. He’s just a big teddy bear unless you’re a Decepticon
-Bulk struggles, but he tries to dial it back. He’s usually strong enough to pry whoever’s attacking him off, but if he can’t, he’ll usually just pound a fist on the floor or something to deal with it
-He is heavily armored, so it’s actually kinda hard to tickle him. There’s a spot right in the center of his belly that gets him laughing hard, and his neck is kinda sensitive too. Aside from that, most other spots can only get a chuckle
-Affection kills him, especially if it’s from someone who’s usually reserved. Raspberries and stuff can make him scream
-He’ll tell you if he’s had enough. No shame in it, as far as he’s concerned
-He has a lot of stamina, so he might be ready to attack when someone stops tickling him. But when he’s tired, he’s usually too tired to get revenge
-Likes rough tickles. He feels them more and thinks they’re more playful and fun
-Soft tickles aren’t bad, but most of the time they aren’t super ticklish. He appreciates cheer up tickles, though
-Teasing is just as bad as affection for him. He can’t take it unless it’s playful banter, and then he’ll try and give it right back
-He likes revenge, but it’s not necessary. It’s kind of a heat of the moment thing for him
-He tickles Wheeljack and Miko most often, usually in Wrecker tickle fights, but he’s known to tickle Arcee and Bee as well. Smokescreen too, in later seasons
