When I first met Adrian, I was surprised to say the least. It never occurred to me how much bigger other Eridians could be, which makes sense. Humans come in all shapes and sizes, so why wouldn’t they? Adrian towers over me, maybe a few feet taller. They have a significantly bulkier body with thick limbs. They are a deep green-ish blue color with swirls and flecks of brown and yellow, almost gold.
Upon meeting, I’m sure they could feel the anxiety rush through me. Not only was I nervous just to meet them, the alien mate of my best friend, but also the hulking size made me feel a lot more vulnerable than I once did.
“Grace heart beat fast. Grace okay, question?” Adrian questions as I stare up at them in awe.
“Uh, yes, yes. I just—I wasn’t expecting you to be so…” I tried to find words that don’t sound like an insult—"So much bigger than Rocky!” I smiled.
But now after a few weeks it has become my normal. I'm forever gracious for Adrian's support and willingness to uproot a big part of their life for me. When Rocky stated they would live with me, my first thought was how Adrian was going to feel about the arrangement. They only just got Rocky back, and now you have to live with his weird alien roommate that has trauma bonded together. I was sure there would be some pushback, but there wasn't. I learned, unlike Rocky, that Adrian is quiet and laid-back. Although still blunt when it comes to communicating, they seem to keep a lot of their thoughts to themselves. It’s actually a little irritating. I’m so used to Rocky coming out and saying whatever is on his mind, making it easier to read him but not Adrian. I can’t seem to read them and I’m not sure if that’s on purpose or not. I’m worried they don’t like me, for various reasons but Rocky has assured me that’s not true but I can’t shake the feeling.
They seem perfectly content in my and Rocky's presence, listening to us talk nonsense. I try to awkwardly include them in our talks but their answers are short and sweet. I haven’t had any alone time with them either, which I’m kind of happy about but also feel guilty at the same time.
"Rocky go get Grace present!” Rocky exclaims excitedly, pushing himself up off the bed. Me, him, and Adrian were all cuddled together; well, Adrian was on the floor because of their size, in my bed just relaxing. He scrambles out the door to the second part of the house behind mine. They added an extension to my house that is compatible for them. Rocky said it's so he and Adrian can always watch me sleep even without their suits. I shift my gaze to Adrian.
“Sorry for talking so much.” I say, rolling over to see them better once Rocky was gone.
“Adrian does not mind. I enjoy listening to sound of Rocky and Grace voice. Is cute.” They say softly, brushing off my comment. I blush a bit at that and look away.
“I know I just—I feel like I'm hogging Rocky from you. You guys should be out together, spending time one on one. You were apart for so long, and now I'm in the way too.” I shift to sit up but one of Adrian's huge appendages softly pushes me back down onto the bed. They place it across my shoulder all the way down to my opposite hip, kind of like a seatbelt. They slowly lower their weight, not enough to hurt but to feel comfortable. I feel my face getting a bit warmer; Adrian and I have yet to make any physical contact up until now. I reach a hand up and softly grasp their leg.
“Grace. I love Rocky. Adrian wait many years for Rocky to come back from space. Grace brought Rocky back to me and save Erid.” They express themselves in a way that makes me feel ridiculous for even having those thoughts in the first place.
“Yes, but—"
“Adrian love Grace.” My head flings in their direction while my face is an unhealthy color at this point. I raise my one hand not trapped by Adrian to cover my face. I hear Adrian let out a small chuckle and bring another arm up. They caress my head and play with my hair, ever so gently, in the soothing way they have seen Rocky do. “Grace does not need to say back. Adrian love all of Grace and is in debt for everything Grace has done.” Crap, I am not used to these kinds of compliments. “Grace face full of blood. Grace embarass, question?" They chirp, coming out amused. I don't know how Adrian reads me so well already; it must be all the observing they've done.
I think about lying, but they can already tell anyway. “Uh yes, sorry. I just wasn't expecting that. It was nothing, really. I love Rocky too; it was not a hard decision.” I laugh out loud.
“Is everything.”
I flinch, and I don't know why. Adrian's words move me in a way no one else has, even Rocky's. I think because they seem so truthful, they wholeheartedly believe everything they say.
“Sorry. Adrian did not mean to make Grace uncomfortable. Grace…is not nothing. Grace is everything.” they reiterate. I feel the sting of tears in my eyes and a lump going in my throat, trying not to let any tears or emotions spill out. God, I'm such a crybaby. I sniffle and remove my hand from my face. Adrian jerks back, like I just burned them. “Grace hurt, question? Adrian did not mean to cause injury!” they frantically say, reaching a claw back to pet at my head again. “Where hurt, question?” they demand.
“Ah no no, Adrian, I'm okay. Just emotional—not sad though!” I reassure him. "I'm happy you feel that way. So happy. I love you too, just so you know." I look back over with a smile on my face. They relax and settle back down.
“Rocky back with present!” he scuttles in with a small box in his hand but stops dead in his tracks seeing me in tears with Adrian consoling me. ”What happen question?” he places the box down and jumps on the bed. “Was not gone long. Is Grace okay, question?”
Adrian snickers softly “Big human emotion. Is Adrian's fault.”
“No! Not anyone's fault. I'm happy Rocky, really.” I try to convince him as I wipe my eyes, but he doesn't seem to believe me.
Rocky hums in thought for a few seconds. “Good time for Rocky to show Adrian how to cheer up Grace!” he says excitedly. Adrian chips from the other side of me and agrees.
“Wait, wait, how are you—" Before I can even get my sentence out, Rocky has two claws in either one of my armpits. I slam my arms down with a squeal, “Rohohoky wahahait I-I said I wahas hahaHAHAPY-NOHOHO!” I twist and turn in his grip, and I'm suddenly very aware of Adrian, who is doing nothing but staring at me. I feel my face reignite as Adrian analyzes my sounds and reactions.
“What Rocky do to Grace, question?” Adrian asks, pulling the hand that was petting my head away. They shift a bit closer to the bed as I start begging with Rocky as his claws shift down to my ribs.
“This is called 'tickle!' Humans react to touch with laughter. Is cute, question?”
"Agree. Is cute.” Adrian says giggling. I squeeze my eyes shut and twist my head away from Adrian. It's one thing to have tickle fights while barreling through space for years, but to be spread out and tickled as a demonstration for another is a new level of embarrassment I didn't even know about.
They keep talking about tickling me specifically, like I'm not being tickled to pieces under Rocky. “NOHOhohoh Rohohky! Adriahahan, make him stoHOHOP!” I twist around, my arms grabbing onto Rocky's. I feel them slow and think my torment is finally finished when a large weight presses down on the other side of the bed. A rather large claw grabs and pulls my arms all the way over my head. My eyes pop open to see Adrian gently holding my arms while Rocky and they loom over me. They're not tickling me anymore, but I can't help the giggles that escape me. ”Ahahadrian, please! You know whahahat it is nohow. I feel so muhuch better! Rocky, I'm okay!" I try to plead with the two aliens. "I'll doho anything you want! I promise!”
They stay quiet for what feels like forever and then Adrian answers. “Adrian want…to listen to Grace laugh!” a sinister laugh followed by both aliens.
“Adrian squeeze here and here,” Rocky instrucks and Adrian does just that. His claws are so much bigger than Rocky’s, maybe slightly bigger than the average human hand. He grabs at my side and squeezes experimentally. I buck up with a squeal pulling hard at my arms.
“AHAHadrian nohoho! Dohont tehHEACH THEM R-ROHOCKY-hahaha!” I rock back and forth with new tears coming to my eyes.
“Rocky must teach. If Rocky gone, Adrian will cheer Grace up. Adrian also squeeze here.” he states pointing to my stomach.
“I-I dohont neheheheed HEHEHELP-NOHOHO” Adrian uses another leg to squeeze all around my stomach, while his other hand drifts down to my hip. They dig into the bone, and my legs kick out behind them. Adrian's touches are light but firm, making my brain feel like mush.
“Grace most tickle spots are tummy, hip, and back. Some on leg too!” I shake my head vigorously while my face heats up even more.
“NOHOHO DOHOHNT TEHEHELL! R-Rhohoky shuhuht uhuhp!” Adrian hums in acknowledgment while drifting the hand that was on my hip down to my thigh, experimentally squeezing. My leg kicks out as I squeak and throw my head back. Rocky grabs my glasses that were askew, placing them safely off to the side.
Adrian slowly stops their attacks, thank god. They keep a hold on my arms but, other than that, let me regain my breath. I'm still giggling at the tingling sensation around my middle. Sweat beads my head and tears stain my face.
“Adrain do not even have to tickle to tickle Grace!” Rocky chirps excitedly. My eyes fly open to see what they are talking about, and I see Rocky's claws making a squeezing motion above my sides. I can't help but start giggling and twisting again as goosebumps spread over my skin.
“Shohop! Thahats m-mean!” I shiver. My eyes catch Adrian, who has been surprisingly quiet throughout most of this, and I blush again. I can't tell what they're thinking, and it's driving me even more crazy. I know I'm already weird, but I don't know! I could have been not ticklish weird too.
I guess they sense my looks and comment “Grace very cute. Laugh very nice.” As I giggle like a mad man. I think they're doing this on purpose.
“Agree.” Is all Rocky says as he lowers his hands. Adrian finally lets go and I quickly curl in on myself, with a goofy smile across my face.
“Humans so strange.” Adrian states again, bringing their claws up to my hair once again. They gently scratch at my scalp and I happily melt into the touch. I'm so happy they like me, love me even. Rocky jumps off the bed to grab the discarded present, then hops back up.
I want to sit up and see what it is but end up curling myself into Adrian side, sighing in content. I hope we can do this more often.
𖥔 Hello everyone! If you scroll on my page you know LOVE Adrian and wanted to feature them again with some Adrian and Grace one on one time! Summary: Rocky is busy with a project and it puts Grace in a bad mood. A misunderstanding leads to Adrian cheering up Grace.
Lee!Grace / Ler!Adrian
Word count: 2,008
“Grace sick, question?” Worry fills the voice.
“No, no I’m okay Adrian.” I sigh a bit looking over at them. We settled on the floor with some blankets and pillows to make it comfortable. They tower over me, especially laying down. Silence sits between us for a few seconds.
“Grace sad, question?” They hesitantly ask, shifting a bit. Well there’s no reason to lie but I can’t help but feel embarrassed.
“…I just— it’s so stupid— I miss Rocky. More than I thought I would.” I look away as heat rushes to my cheeks. Rocky was needed for a project or something and has been away for around 5 days and won’t be back for another 8. Just a measly 5 days and I already miss him enough to affect my mood. He’s been here everyday since we got to Erid and over my first few months here I guess I got used to it. Heck, I lived in a spaceship for a few years with the alien, of course I miss him.
Adrian reaches out a large arm and rests their claw across my stomach. “I miss Rocky too.” They say in a low tone. “Not stupid.” Their warmth spreads over my skin and I rest my hands and arms over top of theirs. I look away, thinking over what they said, still not in the best mood.
“Did Rocky ask you to stay with me while he was gone? I’m a grown human, I can take care of myself, you know.” I ask, still looking down. I don’t want to be a bother just because Rocky doesn’t trust me to be on my own. Too squishy and fragile he says.
They make a small sound but I can't quite tell what it means. “No. Grace no want company, question? Adrian will leave.” They sound a little hurt with a low sound accompanying the reply. They quickly but carefully remove their arm back shifting away from me.
“No! No it’s not that. I just—,” why did I say that! They’ve been so nice and understanding up until this point and it’s been nice to have them here while Rocky’s been out and it’s not like I didn’t want to see them. I feel the warmth they left behind start to fade. I shift up on my elbows, propping myself up. “I didn’t mean it like that!” I try to reassure.
“Grace think Adrian not like Grace, question? Adrian…like Grace company.” They grumble out a bit. They stopped getting up to leave but don’t make any movement to come back and cuddle.
“I just want to make sure you don’t feel, like, obligated to watch over me or something! You could be doing your own thing.” It’s true, they don’t have to be here with me all the time! I feel bad taking up time they could be doing something important! My dumb human feelings shouldn’t be at the top of the list.
“…Adrian love Grace.” They say softly. I feel my face burn at this comment as I glance up at them through my eyebrows. “I want to be with Grace. Not obligated. Want.” They sound hurt again and I feel the guilt spread. “Grace should not feel obligated to be with Adrian. Adrian can leave. ‘Alone time’ important for human.” I somehow really messed this up.
“No! No no no! I love you too! I love your company and when we talk!” They stay silent, I think they're trying to tell if I’m lying. “…please don’t go.” The tips of my ears go red as I plead with them. “I’m just sad and mopey is all. It’s okay, I’m happy you're here with me. It makes me feel better, even! I’m sorry...” I reach out for their arm again. They hesitantly give it back as we both lay down again. It settles where it was before, but I can tell Adrian’s using less weight than before.
I run my fingers over the markings on their arm, “You believe me, right? It’s true Adrian. I do love to be around you.” And all I get is a small hum in response. Crap, I made them feel bad for literally nothing! No. I managed to make them feel bad for being nice to me. What is wrong with me? How can I make them feel better? I pull my eyes off them, feeling even more guilty now. I look down at their claw resting on me again…I might have an idea. One to help us both really but I would never admit that to them.
“Uh—could you help me, m-maybe, cheer up?” I feel anticipation build in my stomach and blush fill up my face again from just the implication.
“How would you like me to—“ they stop, noticing the wobbly smile I can’t stifle and how my hands grip tight around their claw that’s conveniently placed on my tummy. I can’t help but feel my nerves flare up making me feel tingles in my skin. “Oh. Grace want tickles, question? Heart beat fast.” They perk up a bit.
I don’t answer, I don’t think I can. I squeeze my eyes shut so I don’t have to see them and slowly nod my head. I end up hiding my face in the other direction even though they can see it anyway. “You don’t have too Adrian, it’s—AH!” I feel a pinch at my stomach and squeak as my hands flail. I brace myself but it never comes. Adrian even pulls their claw back but keeps it in the air above me. I let out a small whine, one I’m embarrassed slipped out before I could stop it. I’m a little sad, I know I said they didn’t have to but I wanted to have some fun with Adrian, to show them I really want them here and to have a good time with them. Adrian shifts their carapace at my noise of disappointment, going quiet again.
“It’s really okay you don’t—“
“Show me where you want tickle.” They state, amused, clicking in my direction.
My eyes widen and flick to them, “W-what? What do you—“
“Grace show Adrian where he want tickles.” They reiterate in a teasing tone making the claw above me flex in and out. My face goes red as my hands wander to the hem of my shift, messing with it between my fingers. Adrian sits waiting patiently as I squirm in embarrassment, trying to find my words. They are for sure soaking in my reaction. I can’t tell if this is payback for what I said or just because. Adrian has always been the teasing type from what I can tell. They do it with Rocky too, it’s like their love language. They just know how to make you feel small but not in a bad way and that’s not just because of their size. The claw above me clenches a bit a few times more, making me squirm.
“S-Stohop that! And this isn’t nice!” They only stay silent. “Just dohoho it already!” Anticipation builds in my stomach make me cover my middle in defense, but once again I get nothing but a small snicker from them. I huff, biting my bottom lip as I give in. God, they're so mean sometimes. I look away, my face an unhealthy shade of red at this point while my hands at the bottom of my shirt slowly pull it upwards.
“H-here.” They still make no move to do anything. Adrian is concerningly good at teasing. I shiver as the cool hair hits my skin, goosebumps prickling at my skin. I look down at my uncovered stomach, cringing, and patheticly ask “…please?” And just like that their claws are digging into the soft flesh of my tummy.
“AH—whahait nohHOHO!” I squeal, twisting in their grasp.
“Wait, question? Grace make Adrian wait already.” Fake annoyance lacing their words as a claw pinches at my hip while the other squeezes the flesh under my belly button.
“ADRIAHAHAN—noho! *snrk* I’m sohoHOHORRY!” They pull me into their lap, one arm under my pelvis, forcing my stomach up and out while two others pinch and prod anywhere they can.
“Apology accepted. Is Grace tummy too ticklish, question? Why Grace pick stomach if too ticklish, question?” They giggle out as they glide a claw over my belly button. My brain fights back and forth between covering my blushing face and fighting an unwinnable fight at my tummy.
“ENOHOHOUGH TEHEHEHASING AHANANAHOHOHO MOHOhohore!” I can’t handle it anymore, not the teasing and definitely not the tickling. Adrian circles a large finger over my stomach making my legs kick out uselessly. Over and over, they trace circles around my stomach as I cackle. Tears well up in my eyes and my face hurts from smiling so long.
“Adrian love Grace laugh! Is cute! Remind me of pebbles!” They coo at me, slowing the circling and easing up in the pressure. I take the time to catch my breath as best as possible as I desperately grip the hem of my shift and try to pull it up to cover myself again but gravity just lets it roll back down to my chin.
“NOHOhoho I-I dohohont sohohound *snrk* lhihike thahahat! Naha-AHAHT cuhuhute! Waitwaitwait AdrIAHAHAHNANAN!” The arm underneath me pushes up more, making my back arch up more into their tickly fingers. My skin is pulled taunt, they push into the dips of my hips again as I scream out kicking against them but it does nothing. A claw reaches up and plucks my glasses that have been all but thrown off my face, placing them aside.
“Such a squishy human.” I think that’s a compliment. I can’t really tell. To emphasize that they switch to digging into the pudgy part of my stomach again. I squeal, trying to slide down and off Adrian’s leg.
“TOHOHOO MUHUhuch! L-Lihihighter tohohouch!” I squeal out, covering my face the best I can.
“Grace want Adrian to keep going?” I was so distracted I didn’t even realize that’s what I implied. Adrian actually sounded a bit surprised this time which makes me all the more red. But they do, softly rubbing and soothing my flesh. My brain melts and I sit there and giggle without a care in the world as they drag tickly lines into my skin. Adrian pinches here and there, making me twitch and jump as my brain turns to mush.
My hands latch on to their claws again as my eyes squeeze shut. My head shakes back and forth as I hear happy trilling from them. They remove the leg behind my back, letting me sink into their hold as they pull an abandoned blanket over to me.
“Grace feeling better, question?” Adrian’s fingers have stopped and are just resting across me again. They lift another claw towards me to place my glasses on my face, a claw pushing it up the bridge of my nose carefully. That same claw reaches back and scratches at the back of my scalp.
“Yehehes. Thahank you.” I melt into the touch. They coo at my reaction again as a new dusting of the blush creeps up my neck. I'm a grown man and an alien rock is cooing at me while giving me scratches, not where I thought my life would take me but I can’t say I’m complaining either.
I pull the blanket into me more. Spooning around Adrian’s arm. The heat from their skin pulls me closer to sleep as their other arm pulls gently at my hair, petting me softly. My eyes flutter shut in content, sighing into them.
“Please don’t leave. I love that you're here” I ask again, shoving my face into their leg, trying to hide any embarrassing sounds or faces. A second claw traces up and down my back soothingly and I let out a small noise at which must have been funny because I hear a soft chuckle, which I blush at more, and a quiet reply.

Making Up for Lost Time
𖥔 YES OF COURSE!!! I was a bit intimidated because I don’t really know how to write in anything other than 1st person (idk man my brain weird) so this would have to be in one of there brains but then I was like oh wait, Rocky dumbs down there language for Grace and that’s why he talks like that so THEORETICALLY they would talk normal amongst themselves???? Does that make sense? Idk but that’s how I wrote it and I hope you enjoy! 𖥔

Summary: Rocky is worried about Adrian and his relationship! Adrian is there to help!
Ler!Adrian / Lee!Rocky
Word count: 1385
Adrian and I were curled up next to each other but not touching. Me and Grace have been back for about a month now but I feel like Adrian is still a little weirded out and not entirely sure about our relationship. I know it wouldn’t have gone back to the way it was before, at least not right away of course, but it’s been hard. Wanting to hold them, them to hold me.
I sit lost in thought about it. “What are you thinking about?” Adrian’s voice breaks the silence between us. I shift uncomfortably, debating if I should share.
“Nothing.”
“Rocky. I know you. What is bothering you? You can tell me.” They say in a soothing manner.
“…do you still love me?” I hesitantly ask. They make a surprise trill and shift my way. I know this is a lot to just drop on someone, especially after everything we have gone through.
“Of course I love you! That’s not even a question. Why?” A leg taps against the floor quickly. They seem a bit…frantic is the word I would use. They reach a claw over, like they're testing a boundary we long since crossed. Their warmth spreads through me and I melt into the touch before I can stop myself, leaning into the pressure I've been yearning for.
“I-I just—you seem distant. You don’t want to hold me or sing to me. You stay a distance away when you watch me sleep—“
“I wanted to take it slow for you.” They say softly, now rubbing soft circles with their claw. I shudder a bit but relax into the touch. I itch for more from them.
“Slow?” It doesn’t seem right. Slow. I want to make up for everything so fast, right now. I’ve waited so long to see them again, wondering if they would just become a distant memory. Now there here, warm and in front of me and very part of me aches to close the distance. I don’t want slow.
“I don’t know the extent of what happened in space. You were gone for 42 Earth years (sry I have no idea what the conversion for Eridian years is) and did not want to rush you. I…was scared to lose you again. To push you away or overwhelm you. I’m sorry. I didn’t know you felt that way.” They apologize pulling their arm back, their warmth fading against my skin. Their claws come together to fidget and pull at each other. “I’m sorry.” They reiterate like they're not sure how many times it will take for me to believe them.
“I did not think of it that way. Don’t apologize. You were being very thoughtful to me. I appreciate that.” I shift just a bit closer to them, missing the touch that was once there.
“You were gone for so many years and I waited. Of course I love you.” The notes are low but soft, reassuring. They pull me into their lap and I try my best to hold in my relief and excitement. Their arms, that are much much bigger than mine, hold me close and I feel the vibrations coming from deep inside their body as they continue to talk.
“Is this what you want?” They tease a bit, rubbing the top of my carapace again. Their warmth envelops me as I melt in their arms. I feel so safe, the tension I was holding finally loosens.
“Yes. Very much.” I sheepishly say, trying to hide myself in them. They let out a small snicker that only makes me all the more embarrassed.
“You are just as cute as the day I first saw you.” They murmur, amusement dancing through their voice. “Still tiny. Still loud. Still trying to act tougher than you are.”
Their claws lightly scratch over the top of my carapace as they continue before I can stop them again.
“So talented. So caring. So stubborn.”
“Stop, please.” I feel them staring at me and I know they know I’m embarrassed. They have a smug air about them and their laughter travels straight through me.
They just continue “And determined. So adorable and amazing and good at so many—“
“Adrian please.”
They only laugh harder, claws scraping lightly along my sides and down my legs. Heat floods through me as I shrink into myself more. I whine a bit. I can’t take compliments and they know it.
“What?” They feign ignorance. “I only want to make up for lost time. Think of all the compliments I missed I could have given you!” They beam at me while it only makes me feel all the more flustered. “Such a blushy mate.” That’s it.
“I’m leaving. I have work to do.” As much as I loved it, I try to shift out of their grasp, trying to hold onto any dignity I have left. A claw grabs onto one of my legs pulling me back into them.
“Aw, leaving so soon? I finally give you all the attention you want and now you leave me? So mean.”
“Me? I’m the one whose mean? You're teasing and making fun of me!” I accuse, pointing a claw at them.
“Making fun?” They fake gasp out. “I would never do that to my tiny adorable mate! How dare you accuse me!” They laugh out cheerfully. “You're also so serious. Too serious Rocky. I will help fix your touch problem and your grumpy problem together!” They trill out while pulling my arm up.
“W-what are you—“ I cut myself off as they take a didget and drag it along the joint attaching my arm to my body. “Wahahait nohoHOHO ADRIAHAHAN—“
“Just as ticklish as I remember.” They taunt as another claw holds another arm up. I feel my heat rise even more as I twist desperately in their iron grasp. Why did they have to be so much bigger than me, this is so unfair. They easily keep me trapped, strong enough that all they do is snicker as I fight back.
“ADRIAHahahan t-thihis ISNT-HAha whahahat ihihi mehehent!” I squeal, kicking my free legs out as giddiness takes over me.
“Are you too ticklish Rocky? You know, I think you might have gotten even more ticklish in space!” A claw comes up to claw roughly at my carapace as I flinch away. The feeling buzzes through my body in a way nothing has in a very long time.
“I-I dihiHIDNT! Ahahstohop!” This is stupid and childish. But I can’t lie, it’s fun and I love it. I feel all my worries about Adrian melt away as I cackle in their lap getting the much needed attention I wanted. A sharp hiss escapes my vents before I can stop it, thin streams of stream curling up in the air between us. Well that’s just wonderful.
“You get flustered so easily. So fast.” They state the unfortunate obvious as the claw that was tracing my joint comes up to trace around my vents as I desperately grasp onto their arm.
“NOHOT THEHERE-AHAH ADRIAHAHAN!” I push against their body but nothing helps. They whisp the steam around in the air as they circle and trace the crevices. Their touches are light and soft, making me squirm.
“You sound like a hatchling right now!” Adrian laughs. “Listen to you! So squeaky!” I make an offended but desperate noise and they seem to take pity on me and slow their fingers to a stop. They go back to rubbing and scratching gently as I compose myself but the puffs of steam leaking from me makes it hard.
“Your a t-terrible mate.” I gasp out trying to seem a little tough.
“I wait 42 years for you and now you call me a terrible mate? Very ungrateful!” Laughter laces their voice at my comment making me feel very not tough. “I love you Rocky! Should have told me sooner. I can tickle you all you want!” They flex two claws above me making me let out a squeak. I flinch further into them as they reach down to hold me close. “You want to sleep?” The offer sounds like heaven.
“…yes.” I grumble out but I’m elated to sleep in their arms again. I lean into them, their vibrations as they sing lulling me to sleep.
