That’s true but after such a long journey with Les Mis and Javert it’s understandable he wants to move on and do other roles and projects. But yes, a girl still can hope. If he goes back to London he may be added to the emergency cover list ? i don’t know how it works but well.

TO WHOEVER GOING TO THE CLOSING NIGHT OF LES MIS SINGAPORE

Dear friend,

The closing night of the Asian Tour of Les Mis in Singapore will surely be the last performance of Earl Carpenter as Javert. I know, we never know (considering he already thought he was done before and ended up in Broadway and in the Tour). But this time, this might be for good.

So please, if you are able to record this, PLEASE DO. I’ll be forever grateful.

Earl Carpenter is my favourite musical theatre actor and one of my favourite Javert. You can’t imagine how much his singing helped me through this last year and, without a doubt, I’ll surely never see him live in the role of Javert (as many of us won’t as well).

Please, please. I need this audio.

Billy only had two shows as Marius in Manila and I am thankful I got to catch one of his shows.Plus,Daniel Belle was on as JVJ as well. So,I am truly truly grateful for that.

Billy was an exceptional Marius.He's portrayal of Marius is so different from Paul Wilkins. He was so nervous and dorky during A heart full of love. During 'The Robbery' when Javert arrived and sang "Is there a witness to this?" he raised his hand and another was when Javert was singing he was so focused on Javert until Javert said "Where on Earth has he gone?" Billy quickly turned around to see that JVJ and Cosette were both gone and he frantically looked around and then ran off to find Cosette. When Eponine died during Little Fall of Rain, he acted as if he couldn't believe it and was shaking Eponine's head and then her body as if trying to wake her up. His Empty Chairs at Empty Tables was definitely a highlight of his performance. His “DON’T ASK ME!” gave me goosebumps and left me in tears.
