There's 11 months to wait to get an appointment to know if I have an attention disorder or not. But all the tests I made with food are consistent. So now that I'm gonna have money (thanks apprenticeship), I'm gonna eat a balanced diet.

I also think of nicotine patchs. I don't want to smoke (whatever it is, including electronic Cigarette). Nicotine seems less dangerous than Ritaline (wich is not a substance but a drug). Interesting.

But for now, I decide to only change my food habits.
