Thoughts on: Carb up and Fat Fast
First of all: exams are killing me and I shouldn't even be here blogging because need to finish 50 pages today.
Second: Yes I did carb up and yes I did enjoy it. To some extent. I started at 8 a.m and finished at 11p.m so it wasn't even a 24h carb up. But I gained 3kg worth of water weight (and maybe some fat too). I have to say that everyone was right: I didn't enjoy the things that I used to eat as much as I used to. I'm a little sad about it to be honest, but this made me realize one or two things about my diet and my future diet plans which is good.
Third: I know I shouldn't do a fat fast just because I did a carb up. But I want to go back to nutritional ketosis as soon as possible because it feels great and the results are extraordinary and with working out out of question ( I barely leave my room to go pee and eat something) this was a great option
Forth: My pee stinks, I have a massive headache and I'm feeling dizzy and slightly feverish, I hope it's keto flu! Also! I'm trying to do IF, 16/8 and my window is form 1 p.m to 8 p.m we'll see how this goes.
