Things my students said that made for a fun class #1
Me *teaching transport vocabulary*: How are you going to get to Chicago?
Student: On foot.
Other student 1: Is that possible?
Me: Are you sure? How long will that take?
Student: 7 days?
Other student 2 *using google maps*: 24 days and 6 hours.
Student: I'm going to get to Chicago on foot. It will take almost a month.
Me: A'right that's a correct structure. Don't forget to take water with you.
