Thanks for letting us know. Apparently those two sites did not have the bandwidth to support the amount of people hitting them from our post, since they were working before we posted. Even though you don't see the other major characters as minors, would you consider doing more character-centred prompts? Personally, I'm afraid everything will go back to just Sherlock and John-centred art once s3 has aired.

We probably won't do character specific themes as we've done this month for awhile, but we'll do our best to have inclusive themes that will allow everyone to draw the characters they want.

There is already a lot of art out there with either one of them having a pet. We'd love to see how both of them handle it together.

One other reminder: photo manips!

As funny as they are, we do not accept submissions that are simply a screencap with another characters face pasted in. If your medium of choice is photo manipulation you must either create the image from scratch or change at least 50% of the image.

Reminder: Include a link to the IMDB or scene!

We are receiving many entries that only mention the film name and do not link to the film information or the scene being parodied. We want to make sure everything is properly credited and so we can't include entries that don't have these credits, which is unfortunate because there are many lovely ones!

If you've submitted your art to the tag already and edit it to add the link, please send us an ask and let us know that you've changed it!

Hey all, just an FYI, If you have a problem with an artwork that is created for our project (you feel that it's inappropriate, that they're copying someone else, etc) we'd appreciate if you would message us directly and let us speak to the potential offender. Sending anon hate to the artists accusing them of things that may or may not be true is rude and irritating and NOT the way to respond to that sort of situation, whether they are guilty or not. It makes the project feel like some petty popularity contest and could potentially keep younger/newer artists from participating, and that's not the type of environment we want here.

If anyone participating gets these types of messages please feel free to let us know and we'll try to help if we can. As far as we know, we have not had any instances of theft nor have we gotten any especially inappropriate entries that have slipped through, so try to give people the benefit of the doubt before jumping up their pants, alright?

When you say TV program, can that also be stuff like home makeover shows and daytime TV type stuff, or is it just sitcom/drama/soap type stuff?

At first I was going to say no, but on second thought I think this is fine. As long as the show has a recognizable host/hosts like Kitchen Nightmares or Mythbusters or something and isn’t a completely different set of people each episode.
