Almost to the 180s! :D
BMI
Well, at 5'2 and 195 pounds my current BMI is 35.7. I need to get to 163 in order to no longer be considered obese so that's my next huge goal! I know BMI isn't the best thing to go by but I believe it can give you a pretty good idea of where your at. It's insane the my old BMI was 46.6! For my height my highest healthy weight is 130. I wonder if I ever get there. If I get to my goal of 150 I'll be so close that maybe I'll continue on!
Cheat week
So I'm basically cheating hardcore for a week until my weight loss competition on Monday. It helps me because it makes me feel so our of control and chappy that it makes me wanna go back on track again. I plan to eat mostly Whole30. No processed garbage except here and there. I'm excited to lose these next 45 pounds! The hardest thing for me is going to the gym, though. However. Watching The Biggest Loser has inspired me so we'll see how that works out!

Hello. My name’s Lindsey and I created this blog in order to connect with people who are also on a weight loss journey of their own. At 5'2 I was 255 lbs in high school. Since then I’ve lost 60 lbs. Finally being under 200 was an amazing goal to finish and now I’m trying to get to 150. That will be over 100 lbs I’ve lost overall! I’m really hoping this blog helps me get there.
