Hot Chocolate with Cocoa Whipped Cream from the Let’s Stay In cookbook by @ashrod. Model: @grapesnsunshine. I made one change I used a semi-chocolate (the recipe calls for a bittersweet chocolate). It was very chocolatey rich. I cut down the sugar in the whip cream to balance out the level of sweetness.
