New 2015 plans
Due the release of all the small tour championship and European tour dates that Winny and I were going to shoot for this year, and the fact that they all conflict with my school, we have a new goal of competing in the U25 division and aiming for the Brentina Cup national Championships in August. Luckily, Winny's piaffe is coming along just in time :) hopefully some new video soon. Not that anyone cares, but figured I'd share anyway :)

Exercise questions!
Hey guys! As some of you might know, I am an Exercise Biology major, and being a senior I am FINALLY taking some interesting and applicable classes. As I'm studying for finals I'm realizing how much I have learned this quarter about exercise, including exercise benefits; cardiovascular, thermal, muscle, and metabolism adaptations to exercise; muscle hypertrophy; biomechanics; weight loss and bioenergetics; etc.
So I know this is an equestrian blog but if anyone has any questions about exercise pertaining to horses or just exercise in general, feel free to ask! I can't guarantee I'll have an answer but I might be of some help or interesting information (and it would help me study for finals :))

Piaffe progress!!!
Today I got REAL piaffe on Winny both out of the walk and in passage-piaffe-passage transitions!!! He is still inconsistent; some days he totally gets it and some days he still has no idea what I am asking for but I feel like this week it is really starting to click! If he ever happens to nail it in a day someone happens to be there too see it I'll get a video to post :) so proud of my big boy growing up!!!
