Just came in from a bunch of gardening with my mom. Filled the raised planters with dirt, planted a few starters and some seeds, and watered them. Gonna have a shower in a bit. Feeling good about the work I've done and feeling comfortable in my body - something so rare for me that I had to make a note of it.

This sliced grilled chicken with mayonnaise sandwich is a quick and easy lunch or dinner option. The grilled chicken adds a savory flavor, while the mayonnaise and vegetables are cool and refreshing.

Instructions: On each slice of bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Place a lettuce leaf and a few tomato slices on two slices of bread. Place the grilled chicken slices on top of the tomato slices. Sandwich together with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Serve and have fun.
