Eira's UM/Signature Spell is "Off With My Head" and it just allows him to detach/reattach his head.
He can summon his horse, Brom, with a whistle. His magic pool is limited due to a semi-permanent Blot level.
Zhelxie's UM/Signature Spell is called "Leviathan's Lair" and allows him to trap others within a 30ft radius of himself in an illusionary field, stunning them for its duration unless he releases them or they see through the illusion. He is unable to move while it is active. It, however, costs a lot of energy and thus he is unlikely to use it on a single target.
Being a Leviathan, Zhelxie is used to the abyssal depths of the Coral Sea. He did not attend Land Boot Camp and thus he has not fully adapted to life on land. Bright lights can easily blind him and heat is not his friend.
