It would be interesting if they decided to bring back Cara Mirtha (Mirtha Michelle) back in Fast 11 as a surprise comeback. Since it's the finale of the The Fast Saga and many old characters are likely to return, like in Fast X.
She was only a supporting character who only appeared in Los Bandoleros and FF4 during Dom's time in the Dominican Republic. Part of his team there and had a relationship/fling with Han.
In F9, it's revealed she has a younger sister, Leysa Mirtha (Cardi B), who rescued Dom. [Saw that Vin Diesel said that she would be in Fast X, but didn't appear at all.]
And technically, both sisters should also be on Dante's hit list since Cara was once part of Dom's team in the DR and Leysa helped out Dom. And he's going after everyone who ever helped/were part of the team for the sake of revenge.
