Liam huffed and groaned, pacing along the walls of the room, claws clicking on the floor. The wolfblood hated being so stressed, and hated that it made him shift, hated even more that he couldn't shift back.

"Liam, he'll be back soon," Mackenzie sighed, rocking back and forth where she sat on the floor. "I don't know where he is, or when he left, but I know he'll be back, okay?"

Liam whined. He sat by the door, scratching at it with one paw.
