as soon as he heard that mason had gotten himself mixed up with some asshole who apparently talked him into sex for payment he'd stormed over to their house to demand they cut him out of the contract and fuck themselves off a cliff. he pushed past his wife and rolled his eyes as he walked - barged - into the office. he sighed as he stood outside the address the flyer had listed. it looked nice, nicer than anything he'd ever lived in. he sighed, he needed the money and this gig paid better than what his options were. so he rang the bell waiting for someone to answer and when the door opened he smiled lightly, "hi, i'm here regarding a request for a tutor." @ssssssteph

he'd spent most of the week sleeping because when he was asleep he wasn't in pain and he wasn't uncomfortable. the medicine seemed to be wrecking his entire body destroying him from the inside out. his hair was thinning away and he wondered if it would grow back or all fall out. he was sore all over every muscle hurt and every part of his body was on fire. he was eating minimally if he ate at all. he probably looked like death chewed up and spit out. but he was almost done with this round of chemo, well two weeks out, so he hoped he'd feel better soon. "ace?" he called as he shuffled sluggishly out of the room, "ace?"
