“Your food is served. You find the perfect angle. SNAP! You post it online. You eat.

But... who prepared the food? Where did you eat it? Why did you like it? How did it come to be? Could the recipe be from the kitchen of an ancient palace? Are any of the ingredients from outer space? Bring a photograph of your favourite local food, then create a 2-page comic story about it. Its origin, its chef, the shop it is sold at, it could be painstakingly researched or wildly fantastical... anything, really! All in two hours. Come up with ideas, execute them quickly, and turn the thousand words behind the photograph into a visual story for everyone to enjoy.”

March in Singapore: Orchard

Taking sweet time during our last day in town, we roamed around Orchard, going to parts and areas we didn't know was there.

After having our brunch, we went on exploring places along Orchard road.

Getting tired from all the walking, we ended up in a hidden gem inside Orchard Gateway: library@Orchard.

It is indeed a legit library hidden in levels 3 and 4 of Orchard Gateway. I was planning to edit some of my photos there but I forgot that power sockets in Singapore are type G. We ended up reading some books and taking photos as well... quietly.
