Kuwait is currently proposing a 5-15 year prison sentence and fine of 3,000-5,000 Kuwaiti Dollars ($10,000-$16,500 USD) for possession of items used/sold/acquired/imported for witchcraft.
Please take precautions to protect your identity from anyone you communicate with concerning witchcraft or anything occult. I personally wouldn’t meet up with someone unless I trusted them 1000%.
