I'm full on jammy. Things like his happen often with my iPhones. Just took my headphones down to John Lewis on the last day of warranty because one of the ear pieces has been repeatedly falling off for the past year. Took them thinking they'll send them off and repair it. Nope, replaced them. Paid an extra 20 quid and upgraded to a pair of QC35s :) wireless! The joy my training is going to be now always with music. Would have preferred Black but they were out of stock. #liftdaly #win

Trying to get better at photography. I spend most of the time in video so making more of an effort for photos. For now, papping Diop while he minds his own business. This includes calling him back often to he runs up to the camera 😂 #liftdaly

I'm so bad at getting up. My alarm was set for 9am. I woke up 3 minutes before it and changed it to half past. Half past came and I've been snoozing it ever since 😂 I've finally sat up in my bed... but will I make it out? #liftdaly

First day back on macros. I've been eating 3500 minimum since October 😂 and today I weighed 64kg. So restricting at 2500 for a while and seeing how I go. My aim is to get back to 56kg over the next few months #liftdaly
