I am putting focus on gratitude. So I switched from three reasons to smile, to three things to be grateful for.
They don't always have to be serious, significant things. Gratitude for all our blessings, big or small, makes a good life feel even better.
Also grateful that I can get my muscles working hard to keep me strong, lean, fit and able to tackle whatever life throws at me.
I got some heavy training in, after breakfast.
Two lower body moves, two for upper body.
Finishing with pure cardio based "sprint intervals". Squat to kick for today's blast.
I took a short bike ride into town, to spend an hour at the library. A "craft group". I don't have any craft type hobbies, so ai just took my colouring book. It's more about social interaction. I most definitely need to work on getting a little hit of that every now and then!
I stopped off at the supermarket to get more ground coffee, and because I was a bit early for the library, I treated myself to an extra shot cappuccino with oat milk at their cafe.
I've got through my few days of "can't stop eating!!" thing. Apple and nuts after dinner. And that's today's eating window now closed. Aldo decided to go back to tracking my fasting time. I just prefer to see these things in front of me as data.
So that has all worked out for a decent day on all counts.

Does Lifting Make You Bulky?
Many people, especially women, shy away from lifting thinking that it will make them bulky 💪💀
So today, let’s debunk that myth 👇
https://www.gymaholic.co/articles/5-reasons-why-lifting-weights-wont-make-you-look-bulky
To the fitness industry (and society) who makes us feel guilty when we’re not working “hard enough”. If yoga feels good to you, that’s perfect. If you want to lift heavy, perfect. There shouldn’t be any moral attachement to certain exercises over others. If you can’t move for x reason or if you choose to rest, that is also very ok!
