Pancake light: new healthy recipes on Monidiaries
Who said that eating yummy food is always a sin? Well, I found and tried this Pancake Light recipe that is simply amazing: tasty with only 40 calories per pancake. What you need for 12 pancakes:
1 egg
1 glass of skim milk
10 gr baking powder
100 gr of flour
salt ( just a little bit)
To prepare them it’s super easy: you just need to whisk egg, than add milk, baking powder and flour. Then, instead of frying the pancakes you can cook them on an nonstick pan. After, you can add fruits, maple syrup or nutella
