          “ ... that must have been really hard for you. ”     can you sympathize with such a plight? you did not have much while growing up in the fright zone, but the one constant you had was catra. when you had no soft bed to sleep on, no fulfilling rations to eat and fill you up, no loving touch of an adult who truly cared about you, you always at least had your friend. could it be, perhaps, that it was the opposite for glimmer? a soft bed to sleep, enough food to last forever, and a loving mother -- and once, a father -- but at the end of the day, who could she call a friend? did you ever stop and ponder when glimmer and bow even met?     “ well, you aren’t alone anymore. bow and i aren’t going anywhere. ”
