Jake is literally the epitome of an anxious wet cat and King is this creature thing (/aff, surprisingly considering our cast of characters in mcf, they are very human) that will not leave him alone

Probably doesn't help that King will almost always have at least one critter from wonderheart following them bc of the chip in their uniform

I also like that they wouldn't be a repeat of Iris and King or Pluto and King or Flynn and King's dynamic where its very calm and patient black cat (Iris/Pluto/Flynn) + overexcited and unhinged golden retriever (King) or even a rehash of Slep and King where they're both unhinged, I need one where its Jake lowkey confused and horrified by King's existence and energy, especially when yet again, King is practically the most human of Jake's friends. Like King's so fucking weird and loud (/aff) but also so normal, while Jake appears normal but is actually like going through hell 24/7 and is being terrorized by a ghost thing.

Anyway yapping done, these two would be so silly as a duo.

And if these two were sent in for the mcf rarepair ship rating thing ive been doing lately, ummmmm, 5/10. They'd be funny but I think I'd prefer them platonically (and funnily enough, my favorite ships for both of them are with Dylan so...idk itd be silly to see them attempting to be metamours or smth)
