The streets of Pampanga once again glowed in the dark as the annual Ligligan Parul kicked-off last December 19. Ligligan Parul is an annual giant lantern festival celebrated by the locals of Pampanga. Lucky enough, UP ROAD TRIP was able to cover such an anticipated event not only by the locals, but also tourists and roadpersons from around the country.
