I mean love the skin you’re in, but also drinking tons of water helps cuz it’s good for you and also fills you up! If I feel like snacking I always drink a big glass and see if I still want snacks after.
Ah but see for the past 2 months I’ve been doing looots of water and tea drinking, no longer overeating + eating tons of veggies and such (I’ve been counting calories using myfitnesspal’s recommended amount), and exercising a lot, which I wasn’t doing at all before- so I feel like I made big changes, but barely any weight loss has happened? ;; and then it’s like 2 steps forward 1.5 steps back two weeks out of the month because of period ;;;;;;;;
