How I calm and collect myself... Honestly, hard to say. I've gotten used to swallowing up what I feel, for the sake of the current situation. I can feel it later, and if I don't, that means I calmed down. (Of course, it goes without saying that I end up feeling it after all. Just way down the line, clumped together with everything else I've swallowed. Don't do that.)

It's important to breathe, and remember what around you exists. You know that method? Five things you can see, four things you can feel, so on? It works for me when I have the stability to remember it, but I often don't. To fix that, I need people, and how thankful I am the internet lets me find them

Sometimes the best cure to miasma of the soul is a walk. Ahh.. Hey. But then, if it's so easy, why do walks make me feel so weak, and tired? ... It's the heat, isn't it?
