OK, let’s discuss Harvey Weinstein and why I can no longer leave Linday a-Lohan.

Harvey Weinstein is disgusting and I have no sympathy for him, especially after reading interviews from his own brother about what kind of person he is and the things he has done.

Harvey Weinstein may now be the face of men who use their status, money and power to take advantage of women and get away with it, but this is no new phenomena or exceptional case. Things like this happen all the time to women (and men, according to James Van Der Beek and other males who have come forward with their own experiences of sexual harassment) in every industry, every day.

The only good thing about this situation is that we are finally talking about this and having a collective conversation and hopefully starting to change things for women.

Lindsay Lohan posted a video which she then quickly deleted (do people not understand how the Internet works still?) where she, in her recently developed unidentifiable accent (which she refers to as the language “Lilohan”), defended Harvey Weinstein and said what was happening “wasn’t right” and that she had “made several movies with him” and he had “never done anything to her.” She called for what was going on to “stop,” presumably referring to all the public allegations against Weinstein.

Um, no Lindsay. You really messed this one up in a way that I, one of your biggest fans ever who has defended everything you have ever done, can no longer defend.

Just because it was not her personal experience with Weinstein does not negate the suffering of the dozens of other women who have come forward with their stories. “He never did anything to ME” doesn’t make him innocent. The man’s OWN BROTHER has called him despicable and denounced him.

Oh, and I almost forgot the best part - she said Harvey’s wife SHOULD STAND BY HIM AT THIS TIME. Wtf???!!!

And that little angel face emoji she put under Harvey’s name in the video? I can’t.

Wendy Williams put it best on her show when discussing the video by saying, “You almost want to give her a hug for being so stupid.”

I cannot stand by a Lindsay who asks me to leave Harvey Weinstein a-Lohan.
