This is a "eyeballed" recipe mostly, and this is also a bit of a revision (for example I used jalapeños that added nothing, next time I'll opt for cayenne for heat.) RECIPE I cut up a little over a cup of red cabage, put it and 4 tablespoons butter in a preheated Dutch oven.
