For what your spirit guides or the powers that be are thinking about your manifestation, I got The Hanged Man and Knight of Cups. They’re looking favorably upon it, and recognize and acknowledge the sincerity of your intentions here. However, be mindful of your words. Don’t let them be too romantic or idealistic. Looking at things with varying perspectives (feelings vs logic, spiritual vs tangible etc.) might also help, but try not too lean too much in either direction. I also get the sense that the timing might be a little longer than you’re expecting, but don’t over-exert yourself while you’re waiting. Stay patient and true to yourself, the powers will only appreciate you for it and bless you accordingly.
For whether there’s anything that’s blocking you, I got The World and the Queen of Swords. Things are heading towards completion in due time, so nothing major seems to be in your way. Don’t try to rationalize things too much. Sometimes expecting miracles, despite how we’ve been conditioned to think, is the way to go.
