Recently, I'm following this application called Webtoon. It's a weekly comic strip from Line. My best friend introduce this to me when I was searching for comic books to help release my stress from thesis  Hahaha. At first, I doubt this app since I have been reading Japanese comic books. And then I found that this Korean comics are amazing. They have various of genres and mostly full colour. In my opinion the graphic is better than Japanese manga,

There is this one title that interest me called 'The Girl From Class'. I read it because it was on the completed section and I was waiting for the next episode of the other comics that I've followed. What interest me is not the story or the characters. As you can see from the picture above the graphic and the colour are minimalist. In this comic, you won't find any eyes. When I began reading this comic, I thought it was a bit annoying. And then, I knew that the creator was not that stupid to miss the eyes. I think  there are two purposes why the creator do not provide eyes. First, to give the readers space to create eyes. Second, to show the readers how minimalist lines can represent expression.

Well, it's good to see how the absence of something can make it more interesting.
