I’m doing so many amazing things, I should be happy, right? And yet I’m not. I feel somewhat isolated. Perhaps it’s been the three days I’ve spent without seeing another face. I need to get back in to my life. But I don’t know if my trying to get back in to my life will hurt those that are left in it. None of the people I know are actually gone, but I feel a little isolated. I haven’t seen any of them in what feels like such a long time. And the fact is, at this stage in my life, I’m relying on a lot of people to keep me okay.

I just don’t know what’s going on. I think I should get some help.

I’m trying to take stock of what I have in my life.

Everything I mentioned in my happiness post is still there, I think. But right now, I’m not very happy. I probably shouldn’t be posting this.

There’s someone reading this who thinks this might be their fault. I can assure you, it most definitely isn’t.

Mood swings are a thing I experience. This up-swing lasted a few days, weeks maybe, and the down-swing has lasted only a few minutes so far.

But I don’t know what to think.
