Well, I'm on the last episode of the last season of Voyager. I can happily say that this has been one of the strongest last seasons of any Star Trek show I've seen so far.

I really want to save this last two-parter for the morning [the 7th of Feb], so that I can watch it then watch Nemesis, but something tells me as I type this I'm not going to be able to help start tonight.

The episode summary has me stunned. Skipping right down the line to when the Voyager makes it back home?! WHY? WHYYYYYYY?

I'll forgo giving specific episode shoutouts even though I said I would. I know I type a lot of words without saying much so it's probably for the best this way, lol.

And thank you for enduring all these messages! I've got a new side-blog set up that'll be home to Star Trek stuff.

I can't believe Season 7 starts with the Voyager doing a spring cleaning and getting rid of all the once-Borg children lol

Okay, cleaned out three of them, but now I'm going to be waiting with bated breath to see how they're going to throw Icheb out of the airlock. Apparently we're not allowed to let Seven keep her adopted children 😠😠😠

Aw, okay, I'm teary-eyed with referencing Seven's crying as an ocular implant malfunction at the end, that was sweet

And apparently Episode 3 is Race Wars: Star Trek Edition.

SPRING CLEANING.

I am hollering.

Yeah no it was sad. I wanted all the children to stay tbh.

I'm about to start Season 7. But first I have to say BORG JANE WE HAVE BORG JANE THAT'S HOW THEY ENDED SEASON 6 WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?!

I'm scared to watch Season 7. Star Trek seems to have more or less rocky last seasons. TOS was fine, it fit with every other season before it. TNG was a w f u l.

I think by then the writers were on DS9? So what we had left were balls of wet tissue paper being thrown to the wall until the two-parter finale.

DS9... huh, I think that might've been the best last season so far. Characters and story events were more or less neatly wrapped up.

I don't want spoilers on if Voyager S7 is good or bad, I'll find out for myself. Taking a lil break to play SWTOR because I want to romance Lana again so I might have time to send more walls of texts of my thoughts about some episodes I've watched over Season 5/6!

She snuck off after him and then had the pleasure of having to ring me when she realized she was stuck in the snow herself. Isobel’s eyebrow raised “So you don’t think there is anything nice about me?” Violet sighed as she laid back on the bed. “There is no winning. I was better off in the cold alone. At least then there was peace”. Isobel lay beside her, and set her head down gently on Violet’s shoulder. She pulled the covers up over the two of them as they settled in together in bed. (15)

Frankly it was my own fault” Violet told her. Isobel beamed in a way that Violet hadn’t seen before “You like that I’m nice.” Violet’s face scrunched in disgust, “I did not say that. You are not nice. See here we barely have started anything and you’re already twisting my words.” (14)

Hands older then Isobel’s shifted to grasp hers. The were gently tugged on until Isobel looked at the owner. “I love you too. It’s why I stayed away. It wasn’t fair to interfere with your mourning when I felt there was hope for me again.” Isobel could hardly believe it. “I had no idea you felt the same. Frankly I would have never sought him out if I knew you felt this way. However I can’t regret caring for him when he needed someone.” Isobel looked away, worried that this would upset Violet(13)
