"Hey there! If you've been around for a good minute, you might remember me, but if not, I'll introduce myself! My name's Leo, or Mr. Miller if you're being all technical in the workplace. I'm the receptionist at Dr. Haru's office! We don't see each other a whole lot, but I think he's an interesting guy. In a good way of course; he seems cool. I wonder if he talks about me at all?"
"I try to strike up conversations with him when I can, but he's not exactly receptive—no pun intended haha. I've invited him out to have dinner with a few coworkers after work a handful of times, but he's always turned me down. I always give it a shot, though! I guess he's a little too introverted for a night out, huh? I'm prolly a little too much for him."
"Oh, don't get me wrong; I respect that! But he's so quiet... I guess, well, I worry he feels lonely or left out, y'know? Since he always sorta dodges my attempts to get to know him, I have no clue what his life is like outside of the office. I just hope he's got something fun or relaxing to turn to after a long day at work. I know it's a tough job."
"But anyway! As for why I'm here, February 20th is my birthday! I've heard a lot of people say birthdays start feeling like any other day once you get into your twenties. But I'll always find an excuse to celebrate something! I don't really care if it seems childish; I'm just here for a good time! And I'm always down for a reason to get good food, y'know?"
"A couple others in the office actually offered to get me dinner tonight after work, which is super nice of them! I wonder if I can talk Dr. Haru into coming along... I doubt it, but I'll try!"
(obviously it isn't his birthday anymore, this was from February of 2025, but I'm still posting it dfsjkhs)
(also in case it wasn't clear, this is Leo talking about Kira, not the "Dr. Haru" character)
