Today in Lunch Fashion: Avocado and Tomato Chili Toast with Mixed Fruit and Lime Water😍 Ingredients🍅 1 whole medium sized tomato 1 large avocado 1 lime Pepper Salt Chili Flakes Garlic powder (I really eye-balled the seasoning) 2 tablespoons of olive oil Assorted fruit of choice Two pieces of toasted bread 1 tall glass of water Pan Foil Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cut the avocado in half. Un-peel both halves and remove the seed. Set onto foil-covered pan. Chop tomato into 1-inch rounds. Set on foil-covered pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder onto both sides of avocados and tomatoes. Sprinkle as many chili flakes as you'd like on both the tomatoes and avocados. Squeeze one half of the lime over the tomatoes and avocados. Put the pan into the oven for 12 minutes, flipping the avocados over halfway through. While they are baking, toast your bread and squeeze the other half of the lime in your glass of water. When the avocados and tomatoes are finished, take out of the oven. Spread liberally over toast, or eat individually🤗
