NEW ALIEN SPECIES: I don't have a name yet XD

This time, I haven't come up with a name yet. BUT. Here they are. They are native to Aluman8 (planet of Grykarks, Ganarks, Raxxls, etc.). They are small, lizard-like creatures who are hexapedal. They are about the size of a small cat and have rough scaly skin and live on high mountains. They have few feathers, usually having more when they are young but always retaining the ones on their head and in their ears. They are able to run on top of water and lava like some lizards on their hind leg and have very heat-resistant skin/scales. Also I'm open for name suggestions, cuz I can't seem to come up with one lol.

Science and art bring back to life 300-million-year-old specimens of a primitive reptile-like vertebrate

Paleontologists have recreated the cranial structure of a 308-million-year-old lizard-like vertebrate that could be the earliest example of a reptile and explain the origin of all vertebrates that belong to reptiles, birds and mammals.
