they were so close to wrapping up this case, graham could almost taste the RELIEF. it was a big one ─ they were being monitored every step of the way, every small victory that got them closer to the finish line being thoroughly examined to ensure they hadn’t made any mistakes. having emma as his partner surprisingly made it easier; as much as graham tried to pretend otherwise, they were a good team. or so he thought. apparently their boss had something else in mind, a plan that could potentially ruin the partnership that had been working so well ─ as well as it possibly could, given that the two of them were involved.
they were given the assignment to go undercover ( something that graham would’ve been thrilled about on any other circumstances ) as a married couple. HOW would they be able to pull this off without compromising the entire operation due to their arguing & bickering? he wanted to try to reason with their captain, but profissionalism spoke higher and that was how he found himself on an apartment provided by the station, an apartment that wasn’t his, an apartment that he was going to share with emma swan for an indefinite amount of time.
