Headcanon: after TFP ends, Ratchet returns to earth, picks up a Holomatter Avatar, and becomes the Question. The only one to find out is Fixit. And Ratchet knows that Fixit won't will tell, because who would believe that the Autobot Medic is gallivanting around as a "human" superhero/Conspiracy Theorist? (Batman finds out too, but Ratchet manages to convince him that he's not a threat to Gotham.)
