I've emailed them and all I got was Hello, We are not allowed to answer questions related to the gameplay. Such as unlocking CGs or getting good endings. You would need to find help from other users. Sorry. (´；ω；｀)

After sleeping on it, I'm beginning to wonder if it doesn't have something to do with Red's route. His is the last route in the game, after all, and there are a lot of decisions you can make in his route.

And the one CG in the secret character's route is basically the same as the one at the end of Red's. So it makes me think maybe you can unlock that ending or something through Red's route. It's really the only possibility I can think of? ;A;
