There are three versions of Persephone that will be available for "x reader" fanfic and headcanon requests

similar to canon, she doesn't have a biological father and was created by Demeter but the key difference is that erebos had a hand in promising Demeter a child and the trauma of being blessed with divine wrath by Eris, as a newborn infant, has irreparably altered kore's brain and personality (intense trauma with effects her frontal lobe) making her refer to Demeter by her name as not as "mother" -- simply seeing Demeter as her creator. She is a high functioning (self aware, highly intelligent and analytical) sociopath that puts a much tighter leash around her emotions after massacring those villagers for murdering her nymphs.
This version Persephone sees people as subjects to study, is a master manipulator, uses Hades infantilization and sexualization of her to her advantage, etc. She sees Hades, her primary subject, as the key to power for herself. She also cares for the lives of her nymphs and loves her mother very dearly.

since the first episode, she's been aware from the very beginning that she's the main character of lore olympus. she's been aware that all of this is a story meant to bend to her will and get her the happy ending she deserves. Hades is wrapped around her finger. Minthe had it coming for ratting her out and Apollo? Oh poor, sweet dumb Apollo is the villain that every barfs at.
As for Persephone? Well, duh! She's going to girl boss her way to the top with lovely readers like you rooting for her! This is her story! Everyone else is background noise. Of course, some people have to be cut if they make it all about them. Aren't you like, excited? Your favorite main character that's suffered through it all (in those brand new designer heels she got from Hades by the way!) is getting the CEO billionaire and getting her bouquet of flowers for being the absolute best!

she's possessive and self centered and yet is a sweet as a button when it comes to you. She's got the perfect body, the right curves and a manipulative power hungry attitude that could shatter the Greek pantheon to back it up! And yet she knows how to mask it like the crack of a whip. The sweet unassumingly naive and too kind for her own good, nobody goddess that has a soft spot for wrapping you around her finger and is determined to have you all to herself while stirring up mischief to toss in a little drama with the gods to have them at eachother's throats.
