Yall are all out here like "Simon hallucinating Grace as the Eel ooh he tries to hurt Grace ooh angst" and while that is amazing and I read everything with that plot here's something yall could use
Grace has a nightmare, wakes up and doesn't see Simon, but only sees the government agents that chased him down and stuck him with the needle
He bites, scratches, even lets out some Eridian distress calls he managed to learn, screaming that he doesn't want to die, he can't do it, he's not brave enough
And eventually he comes out of it to see Simon covered in scratches and bite marks, eyes wide at what he just witnessed
Anyway that's my 2 cents
