Grim's house has gotten an update!
Starting at the "entry" and heading upstairs, we have the 'public' area of the house in the attic. Kitchen, dining area, and work area, it's a cozy place to settle down and hang out.
Back on the 'ground floor', we actually enter Grim's rooms. A small entryway has a reading nook and place to snack and put dishes away to be taken upstairs and dealt with.
"And this is home! Well, technically cha runs the family business out of it when he's in Eorzea, but they don't pay me enough to live in the Rising Stones, so…"
"It's a lot of red."
"He's Yanxian."
"That would explain it."
"... And I said the same thing."
"Ah, and he didn't listen."
"No he did not."
"Is he not a silk importer?"
"Yes, but his suppliers occasionally send an apprentice here for a year or two to learn local techniques, and it's easier to do some custom orders directly here."
"Welcome home, Master Iteiya and... guest?"
Exterior! Cassius used most of his initial profits to construct a proper bathhouse as the family business' Eorzean headquarters - much like his child, Cassius prefers having a proper mineral bath for weekly scale care. While La Noscea has mineral springs already, some testing revealed that Ul'dah's waters were closer to the Yanxian springs he grew up with... and certain parties were eager to sell him the land for cheaper than usual when they realized he was intending to continue importing silks.
"... cha, this is very red."
"Red is lucky."
The upstairs serves as the hub of the house, though not the primary living area. The kitchen, a 'snack table', and a few clothcraft and goldsmithing stations; primarily kept for the maintenance of their wares. The books for the business - all their records - are kept publicly visible, but the case and books are heavily warded; removing a book from the room the case is placed in will cause the book to blank and refuse to absorb ink until it's returned to the shelf by someone authorized by the wards. The case is warded from anyone not keyed to them removing books.
A small alcove off the main room leads three different directions. To the left is a hall leading to the personal offices and rooms for the family, with a branch off for the staff rooms. Straight ahead leads to the porch with the private hotspring. To the right is a stairway leading downstairs; the space below hasn't been fully designed yet but is primarily meant for the socialization necessary to keep profits high.
A handful of staff maintain residency; the housekeeper, a gardener, and a spa attendant make up the permanent staff, but several of the weavers Cassius buys from have sent an apprentice to Eorzea for a year or two to learn local techniques without being able to share trade secrets they haven't yet learned. The permanent staff also have a dedicated apprentice budget, with a year or two of turnover before former apprentices move on to more permanent employment with the skills they've gained. One of Dove's cousins also works for the family, sourcing materials to be sold in Othard to keep the profits going.

found on one of savannah’s seedier streets, the lily bloom is a seemingly innocuous little shop run by one of the neighborhood’s newcomers, miss lily dubois.
don’t let the shop’s cheery exterior fool you; lily can get you almost anything, if you know the right questions to ask. rumour has it that some very important people have been spotted entering the shop at strange hours.
the lily bloom’s operating hours are at its owner’s discretion. more often than not, those looking for a healthy dose of gossip, a short smoke break, or, god forbid, actual flowers, find the shop open and ready for business.
