Re-reading Scarlet has made me so worried for the TLC adaptation. Because that book is so gore-y (and the rest of the series can be as well). With all the wolf mutants there's a great number of fight scenes and they are very violent and there's so much blood described.

These are the most disturbing scenes I remembered (I know there's more) and it's just hard to believe that the studio that makes these movies:

Could do justice to these scenes I just mentioned.
At this point I'm just prepared to be the PJO fandom 2.0 and pretend this adaptation doesn't exist (but I do hope it's not bad)

That Christmas hits Netflix on December 4, 2024.
just so yall know i had a dream last night where the lunar chronicles movies were starting and commercials were out and I can’t really remember the commercials or anything but I was so PUMPED so let’s manifest this please 👏👏👏
Just watched "That christmas" (Netflix) with friends and I really liked it !
Another proof of a simple story, not a huge climax with too much drama, like my script teacher seems to think was needed in a story (even for a 2min short animation film...).
The attention to detail is so good, my fav. environment is the twins' room, so many things that just tell us who they are !
Also, the freckles, redness of skin, hair types and textures,etc great character design as well !
