So today I did a thing.
I’ve been holding onto my long hair for a really long time… it was difficult to let go. But it’s time for a rebirth. My life is changing, and in my typical fashion, my hair will follow suit. It feels like I just removed years of negativity from my life, and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for me now.

I’ve been dying to get a hair cut but I’ve been too busy. In fact, so busy that my last cut was almost 2 years ago. Normally I just trim off a few inches. But my daughter suggested I chop off 10 inches so I could donate it to #locksoflove. How could I say no? I’ve been getting really annoyed with my crazy long hair lately, but also the thought was terrifying. What do you think of my final look? The last time my hair was this short was 15 years ago, so it might take me awhile to get use to.
